Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a single vehicle road traffic collision near Honiton.
Police were called at around 12.05pm on Tuesday 8 July to the collision involving a black Triumph Bonneville motorcycle which took place between Smeatharpe and Dunkeswell.
Police and ambulance service personnel attended the scene. A man in his 60s was conveyed to Derriford Hospital by air ambulance having suffered serious injuries.
Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended the incident and carried out a detailed investigation.
