Officers were called by the ambulance service at around 12:55pm on Tuesday 15 October after a blue Citroen C1 collided with a residential property.
As a result of the collision, a woman in her sixties was taken to hospital with injuries that are now believed to be serious.
Anyone with any relevant information or dashcam footage which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police via the force website or by calling 101, quoting incident number 363 of 15/10/24.
