If any resident in Exeter has received a form or letter from the City Council’s electoral services in the past few months and has not yet returned it – now is the time to do so.
Canvass reminders have been sent out with a request that responses should be received by 7 November.
The annual Electoral Registration Canvass is coming to a close and from early November the Council will be sending out canvassers to visit the properties it has not heard from.
If households have a form that requires a return, they should go online or put it in the post as soon as possible.
This will ensure that all residents will be included on the register when it’s published and they don’t lose their right to vote.
It also saves the Council money by not having to call at addresses.
