This notable achievement was celebrated on Thursday, November 21, when Tim Shardlow and Joy Carlyle proudly accepted the trophy and certificate on behalf of the team.
The award recognizes the Centre's exceptional commitment to providing outstanding service to visitors, showcasing Sidmouth as a prime destination within Devon. Remarkably, this accolade comes in the Information Centre's first year of entering the awards, making the achievement even more special.
The team expressed their delight and gratitude for being honored with this prestigious accreditation. “It’s an incredible recognition of the hard work and dedication of everyone involved,” said a spokesperson for the Centre.
