Six individuals have been apprehended following a police operation at a property in Exwick. Exeter Police confirmed that during the raid, officers confiscated over £3,000 in cash along with £2,500 worth of Class A drugs and cannabis.
The suspects are facing charges related to various offences, including possession of heroin and crack cocaine with the intent to distribute. Notably, one individual has been remanded in custody.
Police took to social media to share visuals of the drug bust. Among the images posted were those depicting a sniffer dog inspecting a vehicle, as well as photographs revealing a cache of drugs and a substantial amount of cash. In a Facebook post, Exeter Police stated, "This week we conducted a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant in Exwick. Over £3k of cash seized, £2.5k in Class A drugs, and multiple ounces of cannabis seized. Six people arrested for multiple offenses. CPS have authorised charges including possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply. One male was remanded in custody for Court today."
