Martin McFetridge, of no fixed abode in Exeter, is wanted by police after breaching court orders preventing him from going to specific locations.
He is described as a white male, around 5ft 3ins tall and of medium build. He has light brown hair and a beard.
McFetridge is known to have links to the London and Buckinghamshire areas.
