A round up of this weekends cricket results

In local cricket on Saturday in the Tolchard Devon league Exmouth all but secured their place in the Premier division with a 66 run victory over  Cornwood at the Maer ground ,Chasing a target of 237 the visitors were all out for 171with 6 overs still remaining.  Second placed Sidmouth continued to chase the league leaders Sandford after victory over Bovey Tracey by 4 wickets at the Fortfield ground .

In division A Budleigh Salterton remain threatened with relegation when they were well beaten at Plymouth by 155 runs and Clyst St George also drop into the danger zone after losing by 4 wickets at home to visitors Thorverton.

In the B division Cullompton had a 32 run victory over visiting Torquay side Barton  at Duke Street while in division C east Teignmouth and Shaldon cc won by 4 wickets over visitors Exmouth second eleven at the Hazeldown Oval.

Finally in the D division East, Upottery had a massive 160 run home win over Feniton at Glebe Park but Topsham St James remain in trouble after going down to a 42 run defeat to visitors Clyst Hydon at the University sports ground.
