Local football fixtures for this weekend

A look ahead to this weekends local football fixtures

In  local football this Saturday,after their heavy 4-0 home defeat on Wednesday nightwhich still left them looking for their first league win of the season in the Southern one south division Exmouth Town travel up the M5 to take on promotion chasing Gloucestershire side Bishops Cleve at their Kayte lane stadium .

In the Peninsula league east after midweek Devon cup action our local sides return  to league action with Axminster Town hosting North Devon side Torridgeside fc at Tigers Way, Teignmouth afc welcome Cullompton Rangers to Coombe Valley while Honiton Town travel to league leaders Ivybridge Town at their Erme playing fields, Sidmouth Town are also away when they visit Simmons Park home of Okehampton Argyle and Crediton Utd make the trip to Newton Abbot Spurs.

In the A&S Devon league Budleigh Salterton entertain Plymouth based Lakeside Athletic at Greenway Lane, Ottery st Mary host Plymstock Utd at Washbrook Meadow but Topsham Town have to travel to face Bere Alston at the Downs and Beer Albion make the trip to Thorverton.
In the Devon and Exeter leagues in the Premier division Upottery pay a visit to Elmore second eleven at Horsdon park while Colyton fc host Winkleigh at Glebe Park.
In division one East Budleigh have home advantage over Newton st Cyres ar the recreation ground and Lympstone Utd welcome Exeter University 3rd eleven to the Marine Camp but Dawlish Utd visit Newtown reserves at Newton st Cyres.

While in division 2 Exmouth Spartans travel away to Beer Albion second eleven at Stovar long lane and Tipton st John are away with a visit to Duckes Meadow to play University 4th team.
Finally in division 6 Ex Don's host City Raiders at the Commons ground and Upottery take on Beacon Knights at Stantyway .
