In the Southern League One South Exmouth Town were held to a 1 all draw at Westbury Utd in a game they dominated for much of the 90 minutes.

In local football on Saturday in the Southern League One South Exmouth Town were held to a 1 all draw at Westbury Utd in a game they dominated for much of the 90 minutes. Falling behind to an early goal by the host against the run of play it was left to Dean Billingslesy to salvage a point in the 90th minute which was the least Town deserved.

In the Peninsula League East Crediton Utd increased their lead at the top of the table to 4 points with a 2-0 victory over visiting Plymouth Marjons although Okehampton Argyle have 2 games in hand, but Brixham AFC kept up the pressure on the top two with a comfortable 5-0 win over Honiton Town at Wall Park and Axminster Town beat West Devon side Holsworthy FC at Tigers Way 1-0.

Sidmouth Town had a 2 goal to 0 home win over Ivybridge Town at Mainstone Road while Teignmouth FC played out a 1 all draw with Cullompton Rangers at Coombe Valley.

In the A&S Devon League Ottery St Mary were beaten 3-0 by Exeter University at Duckes Meadow with second placed Budleigh Salterton sharing a 1 all draw with leaders Beer Albion at Greenway Lane and Topsham Town also drew with Feniton AFC with 2 goals apiece.

In the Devon and Exeter Leagues in the Premier Division Dawlish Utd finished level 1 all with Colyton at the Leisure Centre while in Division One Lympstone Utd were beaten 1-0 at Newtown Reserves and Upottery lost 4-1 to Wellington Second Eleven at Glebe Park.

In Division 2 Tipton St John had a 4 goals to 2 home victory over Westexe Park Rangers while in Division 7 Otterton easly beat Phoenix Utd AFC 8-0 at Uplowman and in the same league Exmouth Rovers had comfortable away victory over Whipton 2nds by 5 goals to 0 at Hamlen Lane.

Finally in Division 8 Ex Don's hammered Farway Utd Reserves by 10 goals to 0 at Eastlee.
