In local football on Monday night in the Devon and Exeter League Premier Divison Dawlish Utd were beaten 4-0 by Exeter University Second Eleven at the LeIsure Centre and in the Peninsula League East last night Sidmouth Town lost 5-1 at Manstone Lane to in form Crediton Utd who move up to second in the Division.

In a late result from Saturdays game Exmouth Spartan's were hammered 8-1 by St Martin's at Warren View.
