In the Western Counties League Teignmouth also had to settle for a draw at Bideford by 10 points each but bottom of the table Honiton were thrashed 78-6 at Allhallows by visiting Kingsbridge and Tiverton lost 33-21 at League Leaders Wadebridge Camels.
In the Devon & Cornwall Division Withycombe had a welcome return to form with a 36-0 victory over Torquay Athletic at Raleigh Park and Topsham remain top of the League winning 41-7 at Cornish side Veor with Cullompton also having a runaway 50 points to 14 victory over Saltash at Stafford Park.
