Police are seeking the public’s help to trace a 19-year-old man from Torquay.
James Lacy is wanted on recall to prison and on a court issued warrant. He was initially convicted of a conspiracy to supply drugs.
Enquiries have been made by police to locate him and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts and to report any sightings.
Lacy is described as a white male, around 5ft 7ins tall with dark brown hair.
He has links in Torbay and also in Exeter.
