Exeter residents are being informed that Harlequins car park in the city centre will be permanently closing to the public from 25 June.
Due to the planned demolition of Harlequins Shopping Centre, the 91 space pay and display car park will no longer be available for public use from 11pm. on Thursday 25 June.
Plans are in place for the redevelopment of the former shopping centre, turning the site into a major new co-living housing development for the city.
Planning permission has been approved for 383 studios and flats to be created on the site.
Demolition of the 1980s shopping centre is set to commence shortly, with plans in place for effective demolition of the site.
Residents are being warned that they will need to remove any vehicles from the car park, in Paul Street, before the closure date.
